Mt Kenya Innovation Week uses participant information to manage applications, attendance, judging, teams, tickets, networking, mentoring and event communications.
What we collect
Depending on the service you use, this can include your name, phone, email, county, organization, profile photo, innovation/application information, event selections, attendance records, tickets, team membership and networking preferences.
Why we use it
We use the information for Innovation Week operations: reviewing submissions, shortlisting, event planning, check-in, judging, connecting participants, mentor bookings, reporting and communication.
Who can see it
Access is role-based. Organisers see operational information, judges see assigned innovation information, and participants only see directory/profile information intended for networking. Sensitive administrative and judging data is restricted.
Your choices
You can update your profile, control networking availability and contact the organising team about your data. Your login email is kept stable to protect account integrity.
